Black Mallow infusion helps with the digestive system, supports the body in combating inflammation and additionally protects the throat and stomach thanks to the mucous coating.
Rinsing with black moth stock is also recommended for gingivitis or tonsillitis.
It regulates the hormonal balance, thanks to which it alleviates the symptoms of menopause, and drinking by young women regulates the frequency and abundance of menstruation. Mallow tonic is a wonderful moisturizing and soothing agent for the skin.
Works great on tired, sore eyes. Works well on blood vessels, accelerating circulation. Black Mallow tonic accelerates the healing process of redness, abrasions and micro damages on the skin surface.
To make an infusion, place one tablespoon of dried herbs into a ceramic teapot, mug or mason jar for each cup of tea you intend to brew. Cover with boiling water. Place on the lid (or cover your cup with a saucer) and let steep for 10-15 minutes or overnight.
The plant is not toxic and there are no reports of contraindications, side effects or interactions with other medications.This applies to both the flowers and the leaves. Large doses, however, can be used as a laxative and in turn cause diarrhea.
