Bitterwood Tea
Place 1–2 teaspoons bitterwood cut bark in a pot. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the liquid to remove the bark. Optionally, add honey or lemon to improve flavour. Drink 1/2 to 1 cup, up to twice daily, if using for medicinal purposes.
