Sideritis Euboea is a type of aromatic plant that is native to Greece, specifically on Euboea Island in central Aegean Sea region. It belongs to a genus called Sideritis, which is commonly known as ironwort or mountain tea due to its historical use as a traditional remedy for treating iron deficiency. The plant grows wild in rocky and mountainous areas, and its leaves and flowers are harvested during summer months for medicinal and culinary purposes alike due to its pleasant taste and aromatic qualities that are often used as a flavouring agent for teas and other beverages. Sideritis Εuboea, also known as Euboean mountain tea, has a distinct herbal and slightly floral taste.

Boil fresh water in a pot and let it cool for a few minutes between 85-90°C. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Mountain Tea Evia per cup of water. Steep the tea for 5-7 minutes. Over steeping can result in a bitter taste. Strain the tea into a cup and enjoy it hot or cold. You can also add honey or lemon for flavour, but it's not necessary as Mountain Tea Evia has a natural sweetness and a pleasant floral aroma.
