Boil 1 cup of water and add 1/2 teaspoon of bark powder to the boiling water. Simmer for 5–10 minutes, then strain. Add honey, lemon, or other flavourings to improve taste. Once the tea has cooled down to a comfortable temperature, sip it slowly. It’s best to limit consumption to one cup per day.

– Some people may be allergic to witch hazel, which could lead to symptoms like itching, swelling, hives, or rash.

– Excessive use of Hamamelis virginiana can cause digestive issues like nausea, diarrhoea, or stomach cramps.

– Witch hazel is NOT recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage: Place it in an airtight container (preferably glass or high-quality food-grade plastic) and keep it in a cool, dry, and dark place, away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. A cupboard or pantry is ideal. If you live in a humid environment, you can store it in the refrigerator to extend its shelf life. Make sure the container is tightly sealed after each use to preserve its potency and prevent clumping. Use a clean, dry utensil when handling it to avoid contamination. Properly stored, it can stay fresh for up to 1 year or more.
