Ginkgo Biloba is originally from Asia, derived from the maidenhair tree.

There are various conditions where Ginkgo has been used to help, showing beneficial effects in all, some of these are:

• Flavonoids: The most helpful components of ginkgo are believed to be flavonoids, which can protect against aging-related issues such as dementia.Flavonoids facilitate better blood flow throughout the body, most notably the brain, where it both protects and promotes memory and mental function.
• Antioxidant Properties: As an antioxidant, ginkgo biloba may also play important roles in preventing or delaying heart disease, cancer and other ills.
• Vision Issues: Ginkgo Biloba has been shown to have a therapeutic effect on retinal macular degeneration, which causes a reduction or even loss of vision.
• Circulatory problems: Ginkgo Biloba is used for cases of circulatory problems and other related disorders such as tinnitus, Alzheimer’s, dizziness, Raynauds syndrome, numbness and tingling, migraine, erectile dysfunction and erectile dysfunction.

 

To make an infusion, place one tablespoon of dried herbs into a ceramic teapot, mug or mason jar for each cup of tea you intend to brew. Cover with boiling water. Place on the lid (or cover your cup with a saucer) and let steep for 10-15 minutes or overnight.
