Roasted Mate is a less common version of Yerba Mate, grown at a 100% organic sustainable family farm in Southern Brazil. The leaves are gently roasted until they darken and develop a rich, roasted flavor profile. Roasting the leaf gives it a sweeter tone, almost a caramel note, which balances the leaves’ natural astringency.

Stimulating drink contains a moderate amount of caffeine. It hat’s been said to offer the “strength of coffee, the health benefits of tea, and the euphoria of chocolate” all in one beverage.
